Valentines Day Date Night Menu
Start your evening off with my gorgeous Fresh Strawberry Mint Martini
Goes great with some Cinnamon Pecans.
Craft some easy Fig Almond Cheese Nibbles to add to your appetizer plate.
Add my favorite Veuve Clicquot Pink Champagne or your favorite pink bubbly to serve with dinner. A nice pink rose wine is also a great choice.
For the salad course, serve my Herbed Asparagus Green Bean Tomato Salad with Goat Cheese with some crackers.
For the main course, whip up my husband’s favorite recipe: The Best Pasta Carbonara with a sprinkling of shredded Parmesan cheese.
And for dessert, my favorite Strawberry Almond Tart. Serve with your favorite coffee or tea drinks or maybe a snifter of Amaretto.
As always, please drink responsibly. Happy Valentine’s Day!
