What to serve for Easter? What about a fun Easter buffet menu? You can pick and choose from a long list of recipes from A Food Lover’s Delight! Serve your buffet for brunch, lunch or dinner.

PHOTO-HAPPY-EASTER

Along with your traditional spiral sliced ham, roasted lamb and rare roast beef, I’m offering a number of options for your Easter buffet. Set your tables with festive tablecloths and napkins. Stacks of plates and baskets of silverware will aid your guests in navigating the buffet. Add decorative vases of fresh daffodils and tulips along the buffet and on your seating tables. Be sure to provide ample serving forks and spoons as well.

Many of these dishes can be made ahead of time and either kept chilled in the refrigerator or warmed in chafing dishes or crock pots. You will need to double or triple most recipes for a crowd.

And most of all, enjoy the meal with friends and family!
