Mother’s Day Brunch Menu
Serve my Smoked Salmon Spread on Pumpernickel as an appetizer.
Bake my wonderful Brown Sugar Ham and Swiss Cheese Quiche! This quiche can be served hot or cold.
My quick homemade Strawberry Jam is a great slathering spread for biscuits, toast, or muffins.
My Minty Fruit Salad is a healthy and colorful side dish for the menu. Use whatever fruit is in season in your area for the best taste.
Each of these items works well on a Mother’s Day Brunch buffet. The quiche can be served warm or cold. Other than the standard coffee and herbal teas, be sure to offer Mom’s favorite beverages which might even include a mimosa made of freshly squeezed orange juice and French champagne or non-alcoholic sparkling wine!
Use your special china, fancy silverware, glassware, and cloth table linens and napkins. Set a vase of colorful cut flowers or a flowering potted plant on the table as a take-home centerpiece for Mom.
