Chili Bar. Having friends over for a casual lunch or dinner? How about a fun party for this year’s Super Bowl Sunday? What’s better than a couple of crockpots brimming with bubbling chili and a huge spread of all the fixin’s? Add some cooked pasta for Chili Mac and some Fritos to make Frito Pie or salad greens for a tasty Chili Taco Salad. And to make your party even more fun, have your guests bring their favorite chilis and have a Chili Cookoff with a blue ribbon for the winner.
Set out a nice buffet with a festive tablecloth. Use Crock Pots for your chilis. Large bowls with spoons or tongs will help serve the toppings and other additions. Have plenty of napkins and flatware on hand. See below for my Chili Bar Map to help you arrange your table.
