2021 Top Ten Recipes. It’s been almost 10 years since I started A Food Lover’s Delight food blog in October 2012. Almost 400 recipes and articles have been posted. That’s a lot of cooking! Thanks to all of you who follow this blog and have tried my recipes and given me feedback!!

For the longest time, Baked Salmon with a Creamy Mustard Sauce was the most popular recipe on this blog.

It was followed by Honey Mustard Chicken with Broccoli and Penne Pasta at a close number two.

Dill Potato Salad with Greek Yogurt Dressing was number three.

Then, a few years later, How to Assemble a Cheese Tray popped into the top most-viewed recipe spot. It’s still number one in the all-time viewings on this site.

This year, in 2021, the most popular recipe is my Easy Au Jus. Au Jus is a simple dipping sauce for roast beef and other hot sandwiches.

Honey Mustard Chicken with Broccoli and Penne Pasta, a popular casual dinner dish, is a close second.

Coming in third is my Garlicky Creamed Spinach and Arugula which goes great with a steak dinner or alongside meatloaf.

Fourth is my own Dad’s Chicken Napoleon recipe — an elegant main course for a dinner party — let’s hope more dinner parties can happen in 2022.

The fifth top recipe for 2021 is my White Peach Cosmpolitan Martini which is a play on the original pink Cosmopolitan Martini made popular by the Sex and the City television series.
